2011 Spring Series - Rider Release Form

Let's see if we can shorten the registration line a bit more this year by getting the riders to print, fill out, and sign the USA Cycling release form ahead of time.

Bring this completed form to the registration table an hour before your start time. You will then receive your Race Number (which you will keep for the duration of the series).

You will only need to complete this form once. Bring it to the first race in the series that you attend.
